- You must promptly update your contact, passenger, and pickup information if it changes.
- You may not impersonate another person or submit false booking or payment information.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, used fraudulently, or used in a way that threatens our systems, staff, drivers, or customers.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
Quotes shown through the website are based on the information you provide at the time of booking, current pricing in our fleet and booking systems, and then-current fees or booking rules. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept the booking and the reservation record is created.
- Pricing may vary based on vehicle selection, hourly service, route details, additional stops, wait time, timing changes, passenger needs, or other service adjustments.
- Displayed pricing may include fuel-related fees, gratuity selections, card-processing fees, and other charges disclosed during checkout.
- If information submitted during checkout is incomplete, inaccurate, or materially changes, the final charge may differ from the original quote.
4. Booking Information and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate reservation details, including pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, stops, contact information, passenger count, and luggage count.
- If airport, hotel, event, or venue information is relevant, you should include enough detail for timely service.
- If you upload a profile photo or save pickup details, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
- If you request child-seat or accessibility-related accommodations, availability may depend on operational confirmation and inventory at the time of service.
5. Payment Authorization and Charges
By submitting payment information, you authorize Xclusiv Livery and its payment processors to authorize and process charges associated with your reservation and any valid post-booking adjustments permitted by these Terms or separately disclosed to you.
- Payments may be authorized at booking and captured later, depending on the checkout method and the nature of the service.
- You agree that valid adjustments may apply for added time, added stops, requested changes, damage, cleaning, tolls, or other service-related costs reasonably associated with the ride.
- If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may suspend service, decline future bookings, or seek recovery of amounts legitimately owed.
6. Cancellations, Delays, and No-Shows
Operational timing matters for chauffeured transportation. If you need to cancel or materially change a reservation, contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation treatment, credits, or refunds may depend on how close the change is to the scheduled pickup time, vehicle allocation, and service preparation already performed.
- If a customer or passenger is unavailable, unreachable, significantly late, or does not appear at the agreed pickup point, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
- Traffic, venue access restrictions, weather, safety issues, law enforcement activity, and events outside our control can affect pickup and travel timing.
7. Vehicle Use and Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully while using our service. We may refuse or terminate service where necessary to protect drivers, vehicles, the public, or other customers.
- No illegal activity, threats, violence, smoking where prohibited, unsafe conduct, or intentional damage to vehicles is permitted.
- Passengers are responsible for personal belongings brought into the vehicle.
- We may charge reasonable fees for extraordinary cleaning, repair, or damage caused by passengers.
8. Website Content and Acceptable Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business reservation-related purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to access restricted systems without authorization, scrape content in a harmful manner, or use the site to commit fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xclusiv Livery and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, drivers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, bookings, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where the law permits, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of a specific booking or website interaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the applicable reservation or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
